Payments and shipments: from the moment of receipt of payment (within 3 working days from the order placed) within the following 3 working days the selected item with collection in store or with insured shipment in Italy and throughout Europe is processed, by means of safe tracking as the package cannot be lost. Upon receipt of the package, please check that the closures are intact and not cut and/or tampered with and that the package is not clearly damaged, open and/or tampered with. Otherwise, it is possible that the package was opened during shipment and that the contents were stolen. In case of shipment by courier, you can still accept a tampered package, but in signing the courier bulletin must be well indicated "REA ACCEPT WITH RESERVE". In this way, in case of missing or damaged goods it will be possible to make a complaint to the courier for reimbursement.
