1) Invoicements: pursuant to Art. 2 paragraph 1 letter OO of Presidential Decree No. 696 of 21-12-1996, the supplies of goods made by mail order are not subject to the certification obligation by issuing an invoice or tax receipt. If customers registered with a VAT number, the invoice will be issued automatically; starting from 01/01/2019, as required by the 2018 Budget Law n. 205 of 27/12/2017, electronic invoices may be issued/receiving for which it will be mandatory that the following are provided: Social Name, VAT number, PEC certified email, SDI UNITIVE CODE at the time of registration.
2) Warranty: our boutique certifies and certifies the goodness and conformity of the items for sale for a minimum duration of 12 months from the time of purchase, through a special warranty issued, to be kept and presented where most appropriate and necessary in the above terms.
3) Returns: in the case of items purchased online by means of shipment, the right of withdrawal can be exercised, as provided for by Directive 85/577/EEC, within 14 days from the date of delivery by registered mail or Express Courier with costs charged to the buyer. Returns will be accepted upon vision of the product that must not have been tampered with, nor any altered manner. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect assembly by the buyer. In order to be entitled to a replacement or a refund, the product must be returned by shipment to be paid by the buyer and must be perfectly intact in all its parts. We therefore accept returns in the original conditions in which the items are sent (such as for example no protective films, etc.).
Shipping costs: for items with an amount of € or less than € 999 the cost for shipping is €14.99, for items with an amount exceeding € 999 the cost for shipping is € 49.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority at Lemon Watches. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that allows you to request a refund within a certain period of time from purchase. Below are the highlights of our refund policy:
Refund period: You can request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the watch at our physical store. The watch must be returned in the same condition as it was received, complete with original packaging, documentation and all accessories included.
Refund process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service by providing the order number and purchase details. Once we have approved the refund request, we will provide you with the instructions to return the watch and proceed with the refund once received and checked the status of the watch.
Limitations and restrictions: Some limitations apply to our refund policy. This policy does not apply to customised or damaged watches due to improper use or negligence on the part of the customer.
